Hi, I’m Josh Reiff — a family man, passionate builder, and the founder of Reiff Design-Build. What started as a vision to craft beautiful, functional homes has grown into a team and company I’m incredibly proud of. But for me, this journey isn’t just about construction — it’s about trust, integrity, and relationships.
I believe that when a leader grows, everyone around them grows too. That’s why I focus on mentoring my team, recognizing their strengths, and creating opportunities for them to thrive.
